At “Stream Pies,” we are serving up gooey loads of knowledge. Here, we’ll provide invaluable streaming advice on kickers and DEFs who are owned in less than 30-percent of Yahoo! leagues. We list the options in order of best to “least-best” option (with the strongest recommendations starting at the top). We also include last week’s suggestions and full season results. Points are based on default Yahoo! settings (with 0.5 points-per-reception).

It’s no coincidence that the top kicker and DEF from Week One were both recommended by your boy Chiej Jay Strong-Dough last week. That’s right, the meagerly owned Chiefs and Greg Zuerlein paced their respective positions, proving once again that streaming is the best course of action when dealing with your kickers and DEFs. What tricks do I have up my diamond studded sleeve this week?

Team Defense (DEF) Recommendations

Week Two Recommendations
1 – Atlanta Falcons vs. STL

The Falcons are a solid team defensively, but they fail to do much in fantasy because they just don’t generate enough turnovers. Enter Sam Bradford. The once-hyped first overall pick of the 201 draft continues to look like a lost child on a field of men. He threw a horrible pick-six in Week One and if it wasn’t for Jared Cook doing all of the work after-the-catch, his overall line would’ve been putrid. Cook is a star who will continue to see short passes and make the most of the them, but the league now knows who they need to stop to keep the Rams from scoring. Expect the always well-prepared Falcons to focus their efforts on Cook and force the shaky Bradford into a poor performance on the road (keep in mind that Atlanta is a very tough place for opposing QBs to play in).
